इस पोर्टल का उद्देश्य केवल बिहार के शिक्षकों को Mutual Transfer हेतु इच्छुक उपयुक्त साथी (Partner) खोजने में सहायता प्रदान करना है। यह पोर्टल किसी भी सरकारी विभाग, कार्यालय अथवा सरकारी वेबसाइट से संबद्ध या अधिकृत नहीं है।

1. मैं घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा दर्ज की गई सभी जानकारी पूर्णतः सत्य एवं सही है।
2. मैं यह जानकारी अपनी स्वेच्छा से साझा कर रहा/रही हूँ ताकि इच्छुक शिक्षक Mutual Transfer हेतु संपर्क कर सकें।
3. मुझे ज्ञात है कि मेरी जानकारी अन्य पंजीकृत शिक्षकों द्वारा देखी जा सकती है।
4. Mutual Partner खोजने के लिए Registration करना अनिवार्य है।
5. सबसे पहले पंजीकरण करें और दूसरों से भी करवाएँ, ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोगों को आपसी रूप से परिणाम मिल सके।
6. यह पोर्टल किसी प्रकार का OTP नहीं मांगता तथा कोई Registration शुल्क नहीं लेता।
7. कोई भी व्यक्ति यदि OTP, भुगतान अथवा विशेष लिंक के नाम पर संपर्क करता है तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी स्वयं उपयोगकर्ता की होगी।
8. Mutual Transfer का अंतिम निर्णय संबंधित सरकारी विभाग के नियमों के अनुसार होगा। यह पोर्टल केवल इच्छुक शिक्षकों को जोड़ने का माध्यम है।
9. गलत, भ्रामक या फर्जी जानकारी के लिए संबंधित उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।
10. वेबसाइट संचालक किसी भी व्यक्तिगत विवाद, आर्थिक लेन-देन, धोखाधड़ी या उपयोगकर्ताओं के बीच हुए समझौते के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
11. Registration करने के साथ मैं उपरोक्त सभी नियम एवं शर्तों से पूर्णतः सहमत हूँ।

This portal has been developed only to assist teachers of Bihar in finding a suitable Mutual Transfer Partner. This portal is not affiliated with, authorized by, or associated with any Government Department, Office, or Government Website.

1. I declare that all the information provided by me is true, correct and complete.
2. I am voluntarily sharing my information on this portal so that other interested teachers may contact me for Mutual Transfer.
3. I understand that the information provided by me may be visible to other registered teachers.
4. Registration on this portal is mandatory before searching for a Mutual Transfer Partner.
5. First complete the registration and get others to do it as well, so that as many people as possible can get results in mutual.
6. This portal does not ask for any OTP and does not charge any registration fee or service fee.
7. This portal never sends any special link. If anyone asks for an OTP, requests payment, or sends any link claiming to represent this portal, the user shall be solely responsible.
8. The final decision regarding Mutual Transfer shall be taken by the concerned Government Department according to its rules. This portal only helps interested teachers connect with each other and does not guarantee Mutual Transfer.
9. The user shall be solely responsible for any false, misleading, or incorrect information submitted.
10. The website owner/operator shall not be responsible for any personal disputes, financial transactions, fraud, misinformation, or agreements between users.
